Ryan Search & Consulting utilizes a Retained Search process for our clients. It has been our experience that this model allows for a greater understanding of the client’s needs and it also provides the client with a commitment that we will stick with the search process until the client is completely satisfied with the result. Our Retained Search process includes the following:

· Efficiency: We guarantee that our client will have qualified finalists to review within 20 business days of the start of the search.

· Effectiveness: Any candidate hired by a client will be guaranteed for one full year. This means that the client has a full 12 month period to ensure that they have brought the right person on board.

We provide these services at a Value price that is much less than many of our larger Retained Search competitors.
