Company Overview
Progressive Contracting Co., Inc is a full service Commercial General Contracting firm with projects ranging in size from $200k up to $10M (or more). We focus on projects in both the public as well as private sector with our primary focus on renovations, restaurants, historic restoration, tenant fit out, resort, and new construction.
We are passionate about tackling challenging projects while offering organization, planning, and open communication with both our clients and work partners.
Company History
With our founding office is Owings Mills, MD, Progressive Contracting Company has been providing valuable, relationship based construction services since 1992. In 1997 we opened our North Carolina branch and now work soley in the central North Carolina region.
With current employment of 25 people, we provide approximately $20M per year in annual construction work.
