ProDims, LLC, headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, has a core group of cost estimating professionals with over 25 years of experience working in the Pacific Northwest market place. ProDims cost estimators have provided owners and designers construction cost estimates on dozens of projects for the Department of Defense, federal, state and local agencies, and are well versed with estimating software requirements. We have extensive knowledge and experience with MCACES (MII) estimating software package required for estimating military projects. We have worked on all types of facilities, on all types of projects and have experience with estimating in all CSI divisions including architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, AT/FP, fire protection, electrical systems, and site civil, piers, and wharfs for all types of facilities including new design, renovations, or additions for lodging, golf courses and clubhouses, officer and consolidated/enlisted clubs, youth centers, outdoor and indoor recreation centers, auto skills centers, community activity centers, sports complexes/fields, theatres, marinas, multipurpose/multifunctional facilities, and complexes for multiple program requirements from concept/DD1391 development through full bid documents and design/build RFP’s.
We are familiar with the various conditions under which construction projects will be constructed, as well as the general construction methods and project scopes for all types of projects. This knowledge brings value to the cost estimating process from the design charrette real time estimating to full bottom up cost estimates adjusted for the conditions under which the project is to be constructed. Additionally, we have produced dozens of estimates on Success by US Cost, life cycle cost analyses on ECONPACK and specialized cost templates for DD1391 Block 9/Block 12 BESS cost development. We are also familiar with working on multiple task orders under Federal government IDIQ task orders to be able prioritize tasks to make deadlines with the right cost data and meet the quality expectations.
