Onekey, LLC is a General Contractor / Construction Management firm established in November of 2000. Onekey is an organization that provides construction management, design build and general contracting services to throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area.
Terence Carroll is the President of Onekey; Mr. Carroll is a seasoned construction professional with over sixteen years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Including value engineering, estimating and purchasing, multi-project planning and logistics co-ordination for all types of commercial, residential, retail and educational facilities. Terence works directly with the CEO, Clients, Architects, Engineers and Onekey personnel to ensure project objectives are met. Terence is a hands-on professional who presents budgets, design alternatives, schedules, etc. to the Owner with credible backup and recommendations.
Our business is focused on our clients; we seek to provide the highest quality services in very short order. This has required us to maintain a staff that understands the special construction requirements of this type of high profile alteration and addition project.
We are a company with strong centralized management and controls. Our custom built corporate headquarters is located in Hackensack, NJ. Collectively we provide executive oversight and administrative support to Project Managers and their teams in the field. We are “one office in many locations.” To a certain extent, our staff follows our clients from one project to another within a region.
