Step 1 Contractors Upload your blueprints.
Step 2 Estimators review the blueprints and quote a price to the contractors for the estimate.
Step 3 Contractors review quotes and estimators credentials. Accept bids and hire one or multiple estimators.
Step 4 Estimators get to work! Contractors are charged the agreed upon fee and the money is safely held in escrow with Estimator Xchange until delivery.
Step 5 Estimators deliver the project by uploading the estimate within Estimator Xchange website.
Step 6 Contractors release the funds by approving the estimate or the funds are automatically released to the estimator after 7 days of delivering the estimate.
